These single blade paddles have been supplied in numerous quantities and designs over the years. Popular uses include Canadian canoes, punts and more recently the ever popular sport of Dragon Boat Racing, they vary between 3' and 5' with many different blade shapes all individually designed for a varied array of uses. manufactured from eithter Sitka Spruce for lightness, or Ash for durability, all have laminated blades and scalloped handles for total control and comfort. Still supplied today in a large numbers to the armed fores for use in a a variety of boats form the classic Bosun sailing dinghy to rigid raiding craft where the are finishes in an olive green paint. With so many different designs to choose form, each having there own characteristic, we have listed the most popular designs here but would be happy to supply any kind of variation or shape required. Finished in a polyurethane varnish, they blend in to any boat or dinghy, and unlike an engine or the wind, will never let you down.
