Originally built by Charlie Ward at North Norfolk Boatyard and designed by Andrew Wolstenholme in 1989, the Norfolk Gypsy is a 20-foot gaff-rigged cruiser in GRP that blends traditional looks with modern cruising ease. With its long keel, shallow draft, roomy cockpit and small cabin, she’s equally at home on rivers, estuaries, or coastal passages. Neil Thompson Boats took over production in 2008, carrying on Charlie Ward’s craftsmanship with continuity and care.
